*Uniform for the Opening Session

Navy Service Dress Blue, Winter Working Blue, new Service Uniform (E-6 and below), or Khaki with Ribbons. The Navy black V-neck sweater or relaxed fit jacket may be worn in lieu of the Service Dress Blue Jacket or with the Khaki Uniform.

Marine Corps Class "A", "B" or "C," with sweater, as appropriate.

Army and Air Force Class "A" or "B," with sweater, as appropriate.

Coast Guard Tropical Blue Long with sweater, as appropriate.

Civilians appropriate business attire.

*Those directly involved in Opening Session Ceremonies will be required to wear Service Dress Blue.
