Local Transportation to and from Norfolk International Airport

Individuals arriving via commercial air transportation at Norfolk International Airport or Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport will make their own arrangements for local transportationto government quarters (BOQ or BEQ). Taxis and a shuttle service are available immediately outside the baggage area of the Norfolk Airport. Cars may also be rented in the baggage area.

Local Transportation at the 2010 Conference in Hampton

We strongly recommend that individuals staying in government quarters (BOQ or BEQ), or outside the immediate area of the conference hotels obtain a rental car at the ratio of one car for every four conference attendees from a command. Bus transportation is neither frequent nor readily accessible, and taxis are expensive and not readily available.

Automobile Parking: Complementary parking is available at the Conference site.

Free shuttle service will be available to conference attendees from the Hampton Roads Convention Center to all of the hotels utilized for the conference.
