LODGING ARRANGEMENTS

Conference attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations directly with the participating hotels. Navy and Marine Corps Public Health Center does not participate in this process. The hotels listed below will offer rooms to Conference attendees at the prevailing per diem rate.

Make your reservations early. You must guarantee your room reservation with a major credit card. If phoning in your reservation, be sure to identify that you are with the Navy and Marine Corps Public Health Conference.

If you have chosen to stay in a Conference hotel instead of government quarters, Navy and Marine Corps Public Health Center requests that the order issuing authority include the following statement on your travel orders:

USE OF GOVERNMENT QUARTERS DURING THE FORTY-NINTH NAVY AND MARINE CORPS PUBLIC HEALTH CONFERENCE IN HAMPTON, VA, MARCH 19-25, 2010, IS IMPRACTICAL AND WILL ADVERSELY AFFECT PERFORMANCE OF THE ASSIGNED MISSION.
