The IHFOM was published in PDF format since it was believed to be the mostly universally readable format available. The various IHFOM NMCPHC Forms were published in Microsoft Word format. By web publishing this document it will be well suited to "continual maintenance" that will allow it to be updated as often as needed without a cover-to-cover revision. The "Date" column refers to the most current baseline for the document. Readers are encouraged to use the comment form provided at the end of Chapter 1 or to email their comments to Navy and Marine Corps Public Health Center's POC at IH_Information_Systems@nehc.mar.med.navy.mil
