CFLs will provide each member with a written quota request for ShipShape from the Command to the ShipShape facilitator. Download a sample of the ShipShape Quota Request Formhere. CFLs will ensure that members that enroll in ShipShape attend all of the sessions. The CFL will also maintain the ShipShape module in PRIMS.
