Quick Start Instructions for Crew Members:
- Join a Crew of up to 10 Crew Members.
- View and/or print the Crew Member's Guide. Make sure you understand challenge Rules, Scoring and Point System.
- Complete the Health and Fitness History Questionnaire and Crews Into Shape Contract; discuss with your Crew Leader.
- Get moving, eating 5 a Day and drinking your fluids!
- Participate in a Wekkly Crew Activity
- Complete your Crew Member Weekly Log on a weekly basis for 4 weeks.
- Give your Crew Member's Weekly Log to your Crew Leader promptly at the end of each week.
- Agree to participate in a local health-related event in April (after the Crews is over).
- Complete the on-line Crews survey [TEMPORARILY DOWN DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES] by 7 April..
- Get your certificate from your Crew Leader and celebrate your team's success!
- Capitalize on the momentum - make your new exercise, nutrition, and fluid intake routine into lifelong habits!
